If you encounter any problems or disputes with your bookings, GOYARA will be your contact point and will make reasonable efforts to help you.

Payment Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, GOYARA will follow the cancellation policy of the supplier (Airlines/Hotels/Cruise/Charter/Tour operator, etc.).
For flights, hotels, cruise, charter and tours, GOYARA won't charge any extra service fees.
To request a refund or make changes, please notify GOYARA at least 48 hours before your travel date.
The refunded amount for hotels, flights, or tours may appear in your account within a period of 15 working days, depending on your payment method.
Please note that the convenience charge is non-refundable.
If you've chosen the EMI payment method, the EMI charge will be deducted based on the payable amount.
For cash payments, the refund will be sent to your preferred channel.
Note: In case of a national emergency, lockdown, political unrest, natural disaster, etc., the standard refund policy may not apply.
